These terms govern your use of 8upd. By creating an account or placing any wager on this platform, you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 8upd ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all aspects of your use of the 8upd platform, including the website accessible at 8upd.app, any associated mobile-optimised interface, all games, betting markets, promotional offers, and financial transactions conducted through the platform. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 8upd platform. 2. Account Registration and Management

When registering an account on 8upd, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Supplying false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure. 8upd may conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time.

2.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 8upd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify 8upd immediately at [email protected].
2.2 KYC Verification
8upd may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
2.3 Account Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 180 consecutive days. 8upd may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with a schedule communicated to the player prior to deductions commencing. Players will be notified by the contact details on their account before any such fees are applied.
2.4 Account Closure
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified wallet balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonuses that have not been fully wagered through will be forfeited upon account closure.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the 8upd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8upd supports deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. No international payment methods requiring foreign currency conversion are available. 8upd does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) checks. 4.1 Wagering Requirements

4.2 Bonus Expiry

4.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

Where bonus abuse is detected, 8upd reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and close the player account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited on the 8upd platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities. 8upd takes platform integrity seriously and invests in systems designed to detect and prevent prohibited conduct.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 8upd platform are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe. Each game operates according to the rules and payout structures published by its respective provider. 8upd does not modify game logic, RTP settings, or outcome probabilities beyond those set by the certified provider.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts a gaming session, 8upd's policy is to restore the player's account to the state it was in immediately prior to the interrupted round where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, the affected stake will be returned to the player's wallet. 8upd's decision on game dispute matters is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out below.

6.1 RNG Integrity

6.2 Sports Betting Markets

7. Account Suspension and Termination

8upd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that is harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud, 8upd may freeze the account and withhold funds pending investigation.

Immediate Suspension: Accounts may be suspended immediately and without prior notice where evidence of fraud, multi-accounting, automated play, or money laundering is detected. Suspended accounts will be notified by the contact details on file.
Fund Withholding: Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any wallet balance will be held and not released until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.
Appeals Process: Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may submit a written appeal to [email protected] with supporting evidence. 8upd will review all appeals within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the player by email or registered contact.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8upd's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 8upd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

8upd does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, and network conditions outside 8upd's control may result in temporary unavailability. 8upd will not be liable for losses incurred due to platform unavailability caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of contract law. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 8upd complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The platform is operated for the Bangladesh market and these Terms are drafted with Bangladeshi players in mind.

9. Changes to These Terms

8upd may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 8upd will notify active players via the contact information held on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the 8upd platform before the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the platform after that date will be taken as your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 8upd recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you receive a notification of changes.
